They followed up to ensure that the worker had arrived on time. The person (Marc) who they sent to our home was polite and came ready to get to work. Marc was very personable. If i have additional work in the future, i will request Marc by name. I told him what needed to be done and he did it with zero supervision and dod a great job.

Positive: Professionalism this is my 2nd time working with community partnership. the 1st worker were just show up and hanging out, pretend to work but not actually work. I called up and they sent me a replacement one couple hours later, his name is Charles. He's alright. He did what he was here for, so I paid him his full 2hrs work for his 1:30min work. I appreciate the prompt and professional responsive the customer service representative did. I am a happy camper
