GoogleI work as a laborer for this company. they are great, they have work opportunities for me basically ever single day, and most of the time, there are multiple jobs per day. they help me to expand my resume with the variety of skills I have used for these job opportunities. one of the best things though is I have also learned a ton of new skills thanks to the vast variety of jobs I have worked. the pay is same day and immediate (usually cash by the client) which is greatly appreciated when you are like me and getting my family back on its feet. the employees at the company are so professional and personable. they are extremely responsive and awesome at answering any questions I may have. I love that when I accept a job, they then give me a call to be sure that all information about the job is clearly communicated to me. my favorite part is I have met some of the most awesome people through community labor partnership, ( I have even had clients who have given me multiple work opportunities,). thanks to them I have been able to expand my list of work connections. lastly, community labor partnership is the highest paying day labor company I have worked for and I know from experience that they actually care about their laborers (they also give laborers who work for them frequently first picks on jobs, which is awesome to be rewarded for my loyalty). I know that I won't ever work for another day labor company as long as CLP is around. in my experience there isn't any other company that compares to them.
