GoogleOver all their movers made a positive impact, some communication factors need improvement. However, giving each other grace during these unforeseen challenges due to hurricane Helene is important. High five to the dispatcher, well done coordinating all the changes.

GoogleFantastic!!! I booked 8hrs to move things into portable storage containers. The two helpers were incredibly fast and efficient - they finished the work in just 2hrs!! They packed well and carefully, moved fast and were simply lovely. All around, a really wonderful experience.

GoogleThe first assigned worker canceled due to car trouble at the appointment time. Another work is scheduled the next day showed up and immediately left due to a family emergency. A backup worker arrived 30 minutes later and did a stellar job. I only needed 15 minutes of help. The first two assigned workers created a bunch of frustration and unnecessary delay. The third gentleman that showed up had a great personality and did exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently very fine gentleman.
