GoogleSo, let me relate my experience using Community Labor Partnership. I requested a worker for an 8 hour day and paid my deposit. I explained that the job would require moving stone from back yard to front (heavy work). They sent me a man. He arrived on time, worked for three hours and said he couldn't do anymore. He did work hard for the three hours, so I paid him for his time. I called CLP and explained what happened. They followed up and scheduled another worker for the remaining 5 hours on another day. That worker did not show up. CLP called me to see if the worker had arrived. When I told them he had not, they promptly found a replacement who came out and did a great job. I want to compliment CLP for all their follow up. I had several calls from Sheila ( their dispatcher) to make sure we got the work completed. I know they are using day laborers and sometimes that can be unreliable but I commend CLP for making sure I was satisfied with their service. Will use them again. Charlie

Tiffany handle my request for service with professionalism and when I had a conflict, she contacted me back. Jarmon with quick and friendly and professional! He's the main reason I'm giving the four stars. I would have given five stars but I'm still waiting for a refund and was disappointed with that process. But overall, my experience was good. This time, two guys came, Antonio and Antoine, and they were super. They arrived on time, they didn't complain, they worked together very well, even though they'd never met each other before, and they were easy to communicate with and joke around with. The company itself will call you to let you know that the guys have arrived. I really like that they check with you to make sure that their employees have shown up. The company is also very clear about costs, and there is no hidden cost, although I always add a tip.

Both movers did handle the furniture with care and speed. And both were fine with working an extra hour to finish up. We will certainly use this service again.

He showed up several minutes before he was scheduled and was ready to work. He was polite and very professional and showed up wearing a mask and kept it on the entire time. I would definitely recommend using them and I plan to use them for some other projects around the house in the near future.
