GooglePositive: Responsiveness, Value I had arrangement for 2 movers at 1:30, they didn't show up had to call BUT 2 other people were provided quickly after but did put me back an hour. I think the office needs to do a confirmation with workers schedule a couple hours before their expected time to show up for a job & keep prospective client informed. I think if they followed up, would have known to substitute other help immediately. But I am thankful they were able to sub my 2 workers quickly enough & the young men were GREAT!!! I would definitely use their services again & recommend them. Just take initiative for yourself & call a few hours of say of job to confirm everything.

I scheduled on-line and they provided me with David D. He was awesome. He showed up on time, worked his tail off in the heat and was just a great help. The local dispatcher was prompt in finding a replacement helper within 15 mins. That worked out well for us and we were able to finish the loading up in scheduled time. Seeing this, we added three helpers to unload our stuff. They showed up on time and went above and beyond to help us get settled down. I will surely use this service again. Two thumbs up

While every other person and organization failed to live up to the reservation/contract (truck rental, cleaners, internet installation, etc.), the two workers were punctual and helpful.
