Love Dr James…I’ve recently had so plastic surgery that had gotten infected and created a open wound on my surgical line. I’ve been to a couple places that only prescribed antibiotic or ointments. Doc James took the time to talk to me in a way I could understand and he eased my mind tremendously!!! So happy I went here for care.

So happy to have found Advanced Wound Institute and only complaint is that I didn’t know about them sooner! I injured my shin pretty bad on a failed box jump and it’s been 2.5 months of healing. Saw AWI last week and got a clearer picture of what my healing will look like and got answers I hadn’t found previously. I hope to not be injured and have to go back, but if so, no doubt I’ll be choosing AWI again! ❤️

My first visit, but not my last. They got me in quickly, especially as a new patient. I couldn't believe how easy they made the whole process.Much less administrative bs than the wound clinics at the local hospitals. Same high level of care with no waiting time for an appointment (relatively speaking).I tried to get an appointment at the hospital wound center where I've gone multiple times before, and was told it was a 3 week wait. When you're wounds are bad enough that you need to be in "wound care", 3-weeks can be an eternity.

I can't express enough gratitude for the kindness the knowledge and the expertise in helping me with my wound care issues. the staff is amazing and anyone out there that is concerned with a wound care issue I would recommend them highly. They are Godsend I'm so grateful for both Claudia @ Vascular Institute and Advanced Wound Institute .

Changed to advanced wound care from another wound care service because wasn’t satisfied with other service. After just one visit with Advanced Wound care I noticed more improvement with healing my wound. I have the impression that the other service wanted to amputate and was not interested in healing.

Like walking into a Dr s office I’ve ben seeing for 20 years every one I had contact with including the Dr was positive, friendly, and most importantly competent. I found this practice on google and feel like the luckiest man in the world.

Terrific place to go for wound care! This is my 4th wound care Dr's. One visit and I know they can heal my ulcer after spending 2 hours with them. I am already feeling relief from the massive pain I have been suffering with for many years!!! Kind,compassionate and knowledgeable!!! Go there first! I wish I had!!!!!

Dr Smith and staff helped me cure an open sore that was the size of a quarter still wet and 5 months old. In 3 weeks they had it closed up. I also had swelling of the feet and they got me something to deal with that. I am very happy with the results.

I have been through a ordeal. It all started with a pedicure and turned into a 6 day stay at a hospital. Coming to this facility gave me relief I needed. They were understanding and knowledgeable . I highly recommend them.

The folk @ Advance Wound Institute “ROCK”. Awesome experience - everyone from front desk registration through nurses & wound care specialists friendly , smiling, understanding. They were consistently making sure I was comfortable throughout examination and treatment. KELSY IS AMAZING. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND DECIDED TO TRY ADVANCED WOUND OUT. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I EVEN CRIED AND WAS CONSULED BY KELSY AND THE NURSE CRYSTAL.
