My Jeep broke down and needed to be towed into the service shop. When he arrived, he greeted me with a smile, asked what the problem was and went right to work getting it ready for towing. Because of the problem with the wheels he had to use rollers in order for this to work. There was no agitation whatsoever. I hope I never need this type of service again but if I do, I most definitely will call M23 Towing. Service: Car towing

He sent me a picture of my vehicle delivered to the shop and a picture of him dropping my keys in the drop off box. And the towing service was only 75 dollars. I would recommend them to anyone. The gentleman over the phone was very polite and gave me a good quote on the upfront price based on the area I was located, and the area My vehicle was being towed to. His partner who drove the truck bed arrived in less than an hour & worked very swiftly. He was also super nice and helpful, and gave me a few tips and tricks. I highly recommend you request Wes personally if you need a tow, he gave me an honest quote for my towing price ( a lot of people down south try to gyp you by not quoting the price once you give the exact location but he didn’t do that. He asked for the exact distance and quoted me out a fair price per mile. I only paid $75 dollars, there is an additional 5 dollar charge if you are using card). He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. He gave me an hour wait time because of rush hour traffic (I needed a tow during the lunch rush hour) and he some how managed to show up 20 minutes early. If I ever need a tow again I will be using this service and requesting Wes. He even gave me a great car mechanic recommendation!
