David man 5 stars !! I can’t thank this guy enough! I was stuck in a really tough situation in the middle of the night, and he showed up at 4am without hesitation. Not only was he professional and quick, but he also made me feel safe and reassured during a stressful moment. He got my car to the mechanic smoothly and with great care. Truly went above and beyond — highly recommend if you ever need reliable towing help!
West is the best!! I got stuck on the highway & my car wouldn’t start. I called around 10 different tow companies and most of them didn’t answer. The ones who did answer were clearly trying to over charge me. And one company even told me it would be over an hour until someone can come for me. West got to me within 30 minutes and was super helpful and very kind. Thanks again! 10/10 recommend

They were friendly and very patient with me on the phone when I called. Cuz you know in these situations you kind of get frazzled and not sure what to do. But they eased my mind and showed up in 30 minutes to tow my car to my mechanic. The tow truck was clean and well maintained. Truly impressed. Wes arrived on scene and was very professional and friendly. He was able to get my car lifted & towed from an ackward parking spot in less than 10 minutes. M23 Towing is lucky to have Wes working for them. If ever I’m stuck and need their services I’ll know who to call from now on.
