I went to Top Fitness wanting to purchase some equipment to help me get fit. I walked in and found the store clean, inviting and stocked with everything I could possibly need for a home gym. I was promptly greeted by Stefan who walked me around the store as we talked about my basic fitness goals and looked at everything from bands to functional training machines. Stephan was incredibly helpful as I had many questions and he was able to guide me toward purchases that made the most sense based on my budget, fitness goals and lifestyle. Stefan told me about their financing and showed me how to get money back by getting a medical persciption from my doctor. I never would have guessed that was a thing. I made my purchase. The delivery was quick and the install went seamlessly. The guys who delivered and set everything up were nice and very efficient. What’s more, Stefan followed up with me after delivery to ensure that everything went well. I fully recommend Top Fitness. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience and I am very pleased with the purchase as well the staff/service. I will be going back as my fitness needs evolve. I came in looking for a treadmill to buy for my home and just didn’t have any clue where to begin. I spoke with one of their workers, Stefan, who was ready with all of the information I needed to hear. From there, I asked questions and he answered them politely in a straightforward manner that made me feel like I was in good hands. I recently decided to add some extra weight to my weekly routine and after a quick Google search I saw a Top Fitness location near my office right in the heart of Dallas. I was greeted as I walked into the store by Josh. Josh was friendly and had a very positive attitude. I purchased four new pairs of dumbbells. The staff wheeled the weights out to my car and loaded them into the trunk. Easy Breezy. Unfortunately for me, Im not quite as strong as I thought I was and had to return the two heaviest pairs of dumbbells. Josh was working at the store again the following week when I returned and the return process of the weights was just as smooth as the purchase. I'm the kind of guy that doesn't like returning items so an easy, painless, hassle free process was a relief. I've been using the two pairs of dumbbells that I kept with great results. I finally challenged my wife's boyfriend to a fight. It did not go well for him. Thank you Josh, for an excellent shopping experience. But most of all, thank you for saving my marriage. I was shopping for a commercial Recumbant, the ones you see at the average box store just seem to cheeply made, and I had so many issues that I ended up wasting time and having to return the most expensive one I could find that I thought would provide the quality I needed and take a good beating daily. For these reasons I decided to go with commercial grade equipment. Dealing with the sales rep at Top Fitness was amazing. This is my first purchase of commercial Workout equipment. She was extremely helpful, and made sure that all my questions were addressed before the sale. There was zero pressure to purchase, which was a relief compared to some pf the places that pester you when you are shoping for what is a moderately expensive investment. I found the prices here to be the best I could locate, and shipping was free. Ask for Erica, they should realy gove her a promotion based on the effort she puts into making sure the client is happy!

Adrian and his team helped my wife and I purchase a Water Rower recently. We could not have asked for an easier and more pleasant experience from inquiry to purchase to delivery. We had been looking at buying a machine directly from Water Rower for some time, but Top Fitness offered better pricing, selection, and a much better delivery schedule, along with a personal touch that just cannot be matched by an online transaction.
