I got my septum pierced here and it was a great experience. I was pierced by Destinee, and she was fantastic. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had for her. She also talked me through the whole procedure and was very kind. The shop is very nice and clean. I was a walk-in and they helped me right away, and the piercing itself took less than 5 minutes. They also offer military discount. Definitely recommend!

Overall a good experience. When I called it was as if they couldn’t be bothered with another customer, but I went ahead. I arrived a few minutes before 3 and the gate was closed with a sign they were at lunch for 30 minutes. It was handwritten in pink and hard to see until I got up to it. No indication of when they hung it or when they’d return. I could see people in the store so I took the chance because of the reviews. Bill was polite, respectful, and efficient. He listened to my questions and took time to make sure I understood the aftercare. I’m glad I took the chance. I’m happy with the piercing and have very little pain and no swelling as of day 2.
