Timely, incredibly knowledgeable, and shared all his findings with pictures and explanations of why humidity and A/C were running more than necessary. Best of all, the humidity is rapidly going and the comfort level quite remarkable at a higher setting- 76 is now comfortable, where 72 was previously necessary. Cheers to a job well done!

I’ve been working with annaville AC for over 20 yrs. Through this time to present Ive been impressed with their knowledge and modern advances of efficiency to cooling my home. Not to mention their professionalism, quick call back if needed, honest, reliable and their team of professional tech’s. That’s hard to come by nowadays. Bonus is they clean up afterwards and in my pool house AC installed, the tech took it upon himself to remove his dirty shoes before entering my pool house. Highly recommend Annaville AC for all my cooling and heating needs. I share their name with everyone I know.

Rollie has completed maintenance on our older AC unit. He was professional and explained, using photos, of the work completed. He offers recommendations if necessary. We feel confident that what he suggests is necessary in order to continue the efficiency of our unit. As a convenience to his customers, he texts as to when he will be at your home. Very pleased with service technician Mark he was very knowledgeable and saw and recommended change’s that could be corrected within my inside unit and took the time to explain why changes to ac fan speeds would help and make a change to ac cooling and functions of air feel and quality and got my house feeling cooler than it was the day it was installed. It’s good to know that there is still good honest people that really try to help out there customers instead of doing the bear minimum. Heater was not performing as intended. Called Annaville AC and the receptionist was very efficient, worked out a time that fit my schedule. Marc was our technician and he arrived 10 minutes early and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He even went as far as taking a video with his phone to aide in describing the issue. We have used Annaville AC several times for different issues throughout the years and have always been pleased with their customer service.

They came at the time they said they would. The gentleman (Mark) that came by was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and gave me some tips about keeping my unit in good working order. I would highly recommend Annabille Air Conditioning to anyone.
