Annaville AC came out, found the problem fast, fixed it even faster, Gilbert was my technician, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything. A few hours ago I was melting in my living room, and now I'm considering putting on a hoodie. If my electric bill goes up because I'm enjoying Arctic temperatures in South Texas, that's a risk I'm willing to take. Great service, great people, and a cold house again. Highly recommend!

Rollie has completed maintenance on our older AC unit. He was professional and explained, using photos, of the work completed. He offers recommendations if necessary. We feel confident that what he suggests is necessary in order to continue the efficiency of our unit. As a convenience to his customers, he texts as to when he will be at your home. We will be contacting Rollie if any problems occur in the future.

Very pleased with the service. I called about 10am and a service tech was at the house about 2 hours later and service was complete about 3 hours later including have to go get parts. Best part was when they noticed I was overcharged and refunded the overcharge.

Raul with Annaville AC sold me a new AC that is perfect for my needs. I bought the Trane XL824 unit and I am pleased with the unit! Tristan and Angel did a fine and speedy installation. Excellent service like always. Please invoice where it states connection box had to be replaced due to wrong fuses installed causing it to be warped. Please review previous invoices to see who put these wrong fuses in causing this to happen as we don’t use anyone but Annaville A/C. Thanks, David
