Our representative Kurt did an excellent job breaking down every question we had. The process is not difficult at all. Anything beats what we've been paying for electricity from the power company. Expect updates as the process goes on. So far, no worries.

Very satisfied with the solar presentation given by Luis. It was quite detailed but not rushed. He always asked if I had questions and answered them readily.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and not afraid to admit his was not sure of something. He reached out to his technical support group and even the ** regional manager and got me answers. The site assessment person was very experienced and when he identified possible issues with the rafter structure of my roof, he texted the engineering group that must issue the engineering approval. While they were not available to give a definitive opinion, as an accommodation, Momentum agreed to extend the 3 day recession period until after I have the answer on whether my roof can support the solar panels.
