We met Allen at the home show at World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida and he is so knowledgeable, so we decided to set an appointment. The salesman Frank came to the house and spent extra time with us answering all our questions and we decided to have Momentum do our solar for our home. Two weeks later we received a call from Tito on Friday about an appointment to install solar on Monday April 11, 2022. Tito and his crew arrived on time at 10:00 am. Tito's crew are all very professional and very nice and they completed the job safely, in a timely manner and made sure everything was picked up and left our property just as it was when they arrived, then Tito explained how the system works, what to expect in the next few weeks with city inspection and then power company has to change the meter prior to solar being turned on. The Salesman Frank called that evening to see how everything went. Wow, great customer service!!!!! We had such a great experience from beginning to end with Momentum. So far they have been nice. However, they are a bunch of confused people; one schedule and the other cancels. After the survey was done no one has contacted us to let us know about the update on installation.

Momentum is the way to go!! Very pleased with both process and the result. It took the crew over a week to get the solar installed, but that's considered quick because it takes time to get the necessary permits. Jack walked me through the process every step of the way! I called many solar companies in my city and decided to go with Momentum because their team was on top of everything. I would highly recommend it!!!!

So far we’re about a month in from the first meeting. We have not got the panels installed yet (she told us it would take about 3 months) but we’re getting closer! They have taken care of everything and made the process effortless. I’ve looked into everything she’s gone over and everything is legit that she’s telling us. I can’t stress enough that they have made the process effortless. We live in an HOA and they took care of that as well. To be honest, I didn’t even know that they were taking care of that end and then I randomly got two emails. 1 where they submitted the plans, permits and all that jazz. 2 the HOA approved it…moving forward and getting more excited.
