I called their office. The administrative assistant answered the phone. She was very polite and compassionate to my issue. Then she directed me to talk to Lance. Lance promptly called me back and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk too. He said to call him back if have anymore questions or concerns. I was a client of Optima Tax relief and they helped establish a payment plan. I also participated in their monitoring service which failed to work resulting in my payment plan being terminated. I tried to reach out to them and could not get ahold of anyone who could help. They wanted to charge me to open the case again even thought their monitoring service was at fault. The whole process was drawn out and frustrating. I contacted Levy & Associates and was assigned to Greg Mahaffey who went right to work. I would love to say it went smooth but it did not. Working thru issues with the IRS is never easy but Greg was able to get my payment plan reestablished.
