Since her admission and completing the physical therapy she is now walking again and enjoys the wide range of activities that the activity director and his staff members offer each day. From the front desk staff, to the nursing, activity, physical therapy, and administrative staff the Crescent Care team is highly professional, caring and compassionate. I am so grateful that we choose Crescent Care for my mother’s long term care!

Googlenurses need to come to rooms when cna's are too busy..Residents laundry SHOULD not be sent out ..only bedding and towels and gowns . A nurse refused me a medication .[ NIGHT NURSE ] Did not receive till morning shift .
GoogleMy Mom was cared for at Crescent Care home since January of 2022. She was well taken care of while there. Mom was also under Hospice care while at this facility. The staff at the facility was always kind and supportive to my Mom even when she wanted to just be left alone. All and all Mom was well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff at Crescent Care!!!!! GoogleThe staff at Crescent Care took wonderful care of my dad in his last stages of cancer. We were able to visit frequently and build a rapport with the staff. Everyone there were always so welcoming and caring. Ida was always available if ever I had a question or concern. The nurses, administrators and kitchen staff all checked in on him frequently. In his last few days of life, the nurses and CNA’s showed him lots of love and comfort. They also took the time out to comfort us, the family, when it was so hard to see him in that condition. Amanda and Rosie really helped me get through those last few visits. I am so glad he had the best possible care in those last 2 months of life. Thank you!!!
GoogleThe care my mom recieved was top notch. We couldn't have been happier. They were attentive to her and very patient. EVERYONE was exceptional and answered all of our questions all of the time.
