Our bathroom fan finally died after making weird noises for quite some time. I didn't know the Gentlemen Plumbers replaced fans but my husband (really handsome guy) told me to call and set up an appointment. We are both really busy and were not actually home when our service tech (Wayne) came to take care of the problem. We had used them before and fell comfortable with having them in our home unsupervised. They drug test and do criminal back ground checks on their guys so we have never had a problem. I appreciate that they show up clean and in a uniform. When I got home the only sign that they had been there was the new fan.I am a neat freak so I notice even the small things but every thing was perfect!

'GENTLEMEN' Plumbers is a very appropriate name. We have used their services 2 times now, & their service men are the greatest! He explained & showed us exactly what the problem was & was very courteous & patient. We believe their prices are very competitive and appreciated the seniors 5% discount. We had Jamie come to work on what seemed like just a blockage issue at our apartment. It turns out that it was a much bigger problem, with some drainage problems from the contractor before hand. But Jamie worked hard, and didn't stop until he had the problem sorted, and water flowing as it should. He was professional the whole time, and continued to communicate with myself and my landlord, all of what he was doing, and why it needed to be done each step of the way. Great service. The hot water tank was replaced in a very efficient manner. All work was completed exceptionally, no mess left at all. A few other changes and improvements were nicely recommended and completed as well.

I called a few different plumbers Sunday late afternoon for a leaking water tank, hoping to have it fixed or replaced Monday. I got the first appointment Monday morning and the new tank as well as some other work was finished in a few hours. The other plumbers I called hadn’t even contacted me back by the time gentleman plumbers had finished the work. I also appreciate the home inspection which was able to identify a few problem areas that will need to be addressed before they become big issues.

I had a small plumbing project that upon further inspection turned out to be a much larger issue. Jack and Damian from Gentlemen Plumbers showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. They did exactly what was needed and then some. They were both very courteous and professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up after they were done. They even followed up a day or two later to make sure everything was working well. The cost for the amount of work they ended up having to do was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

Had the Gentlemen Plumbers out to replace some shut-off valves and inspect the toilets for some operational issues. Dustin arrived within the scheduled time period that I was notified of and upon entering the house, immediately removed his footwear! He introduced himself, inspected the toilets and then explained the procedures he would do and reviewed the cost prior to commencing to work to repair the valves. He was very expeditious in performing the work, very tidy and finalized the job by performing an in-house inspection of the plumbing and heating-no charge involved. Great job, Dustin. Thanks!

Me, my wife, and mother-in-law can’t say enough about our experience with Gentlemen Plumbers. We had called regarding a sewer line issue and they sent Dustin. He was very respectful, up-front about costs, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. He was excellent. Sadly we don’t see that kind of pleasantness very often any more. Alan and "the helper" were so awesome. They are friendly and did an amazing job in replacing our sump pump and even the hose in the back for me .I've also learned a lot of do's and don'ts while they were here .Had the poor guys trudging through the muddy mess to fix the hose outside for us. Thank you so much .Anyone in need of awesome plumbers should call these guys! My basement toilet was clogged and I had a leak under carpet. Adam and Jack cane in and thoroughly assessed the situation. They took the time to explain it to me patiently and courteously as plumbing is not my expertise. I was impressed by the professional and detailed manner that Adam maintained at all times. He was honest in his assessments and provided different scenarios with possible outcomes. I appreciated the communication and advice that he shared with me. He was polite to my children as well as being personable and numerous with them and giving them recommendations on how to keep our pipes clear and a what not to do scenario, much appreciated. I had to have them out for another service call as the problem was detected underground and not a simple fix. He did give that possible scenario on the first inspection but did other things that helped the basement bathroom for a few days. On 2nd service call they sent a different technician to keep within timelines because Adam was held up on another service call. Damien was also a pleasure and professional. What impressed me the most was after Adam was done his service call he and Jack came over to my place to offer more advice and assist Damien as it might be a city main line issue. But he wanted to provide further direction at no cost benefit for himself. He is knowledgeable, helpful and professional and I would recommend him to anyone that has a plumbing issue. I wanted to replace the old bathroom and kitchen faucets in my apartment. I had the Gentlemen Plumbers in previously and was happy with the service so I called them again to do this work. The appointment setup was very easy and I was called about an hour prior to Richard's from Gentlemen Plumbers arrival. The work was done quickly and courteously and Richard took the time to explain the costs before the work was started. Richard also took the time to answer questions about plumbing work I was planning in the future. I plan to have them in again to do these other projects.

He explained in detail, issues with the old toilet and the concerns of possible events if it's not replaced. He also explained more about water usage of the new toilet and that dual flush buttons not required as consumption has gone down a lot with the new models.

My kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working late in the evening. My husband called the gentleman plumber the next day at about noon. Since we are enrolled in the diamond club a gentleman named Steve came in less than two hours. I thought it was a broken faucet because all the other faucets and toilets were working.After he inspected the faucet he determined it was corrosion from the hot water tank. Steve replaced the tank and waited for the water to heat up. We tweaked the temp a bit and he found a small leak that he fixed. Super service and courtesy with this company.
