My lack of upkeep and proper maintenance, necessitated bringing this fine individual out to my home on Canada Day. The sewage drain was overrun with roots at every connection leading down to the streets main line. Kale arrived in prompt fashion after the call, with an outstanding professional attitude and work ethic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and about as expedient as one could expect considering the mess I left him to deal with. After the job was done, cleanup was exactly what i would expect. The whole experience was excellent (for me at least. Sorry man, that really was a hand full of atrocious wasn't it?) and will not hesitate to use again, should the need arise. Thanks for the bailout! The Gentlemen plumber showed up within the time slot that they quote . they diagnosed the issue quickly, quoted the exact cost, had to go out for the part. Was back in an hour replaced the part and billed it out.. Done on time, for what they said it would be. Excellent customer service.

I had a back up in my kitchen sink the came from the sewage line. Gentlemen Plumbers were very responsive to my service request. Scott arrived barely 2 hours after the initial service call. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure to explain the problem to me and the various options towards resolution. There was no up sell and he worked hard to give me a cost effective solution. I am very happy with the service and will use Gentlemen Plumbers services again.

Gentlemen Plumbers was awesome. They were punctual and the gentleman explained everything he was doing as he was working. Every question I had was answered. They were also thorough and genuine. When the job was finished we realized that more needed to be done and I was a little discouraged that I may have to wait till Monday. Kale and his team did a great job repairing our sewer pipe with a liner and making some corrections to the plumbing elsewhere in the house. They were punctual and professional and very thorough, taking care to answer all of my many questions as they went along. Everything went smoothly and the results have been great.

After I discovered a sewer back up in my basement one morning., I called the Gentlemen Plumbers right away. I was told that someone would be out in the afternoon. The technician arrived before 100 PM and began evaluating the problem. Once the sewer back-up situation was resolved, we discussed other plumbing equipment that needed. I was very happy that the technician was able to take the time to replace faucets and washing machine hoses and rearrange some plumbing to bring it into compliance with the Code. The technician was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and he communicated clearly to me what the problems were and how they were repaired and resolved.

I was very impressed with the professional service I received when The Gentlemen Plumbers technician, Nick, replaced the shutoff valve in my townhouse. There were some initial problems, (not of their making) regarding finding access to the exterior shut off, and they were patient and accommodating, having to come back a second day when this was resolved. I would recommend this company to anyone needing professional plumbing service.

Firstly, when you call Gentleman Plumbers a very polite woman answers and very quickly directs your call or sets up a convenient appointment. Steve was the Gentleman Plumber that arrived on time and proceeded to listen to my problem of a leaky toilet and then very efficiently fixed it. Steve also took the time to inspect all the toilets in my home and offered friendly advice on what to watch for and how to prevent a future leak. The Gentleman Plumbers are a great company and I would not hesitate in giving them a 5 star rating.

Timely service. Technician explained the process well and made sure I knew exactly what was being done and paid for. He even showed me a quick fix in case I had the initial problem again (running toilet being the original problem which turned into a bigger problem which meant replacing a part). Friendly gentleman. The only downside was the cost, but this is the first time I’ve called in a plumber so it’s possible that the rate is normal. It seemed pretty high to me.

I needed a shower drain replaced and p-trap installed in very old work that was highly inaccessible. The plumber was upbeat facing a challenging task and very quickly completed the work. I am extremely satisfied with the work done at the price quoted. The entire experience was pleasant given that any plumbing call can be expensive, involved, and disruptive.

Our plumber was very clean, organized and thorough. We signed up for their membership which seems quite reasonable and will provide front of the line service going forward, with several additional perks and discounts. We will not be bumped again.

After experiencing persistent water heater issues, called The Gentlemen Plumbers for help. Ryan arrived within the agreed upon time frame and promptly got to work assessing the issue. He actively listened to my experiences and provided educational information throughout the whole visit, for both plumbing and heating. The water tank ended up being replaced but not before a full diagnosis and explanation of the options available to me, so I felt like I was making an informed decision with no pressure towards one option over another. The delivery & installation occurred very quickly, with the help of additional technicians (Trevor & Nick, I believe). Explanations & options were provided at every step so there were no surprises. There was no rush once the work was done, Ryan continued to answer questions and provide helpful maintenance info. Everyone was friendly throughout, including the dispatcher (Emma?) who kept be regularly updated prior to the appointment. I would definitely recommend the Gentlemen Plumbers for their quality of work, and have signed up for the Diamond Club. Thank you all for the great experience!

We had a small flood in the basement from the water heater. I called one company and they quoted over $150 to just come out and look, I called Gentlemen Plumbers and they quoted around $65 (I was sure there would be hidden fees but I went ahead anyway). True to their word it was only $65 for Jonathan and Scott to come out and do a quick fix for us. They explained to us our options of what we needed to do for a long term fix and quoted us. I also had some problems at a condo I own, I called another company who quoted me over $1000 + another $2000 for general contractor work. I had Jonathan and Scott come again and they did the work and it only cost $500 and no general contractor work was required. I will always be happy to refer these guys and they will continue to have my business and my families business because of how honest, friendly and genuine they are. True Gentlemen :)

The Gentlemen Plumbers have been a pleasure to work with! They fixed a broken sewer pipe for us last November but while doing so had accidentally cut one of our sprinkler lines. They came back out this spring to fix the sprinkler line that they broke and also backfilled and compacted our front yard which had settled quite a bit over the winter. Fixing the sewer line was a big job and our experience with the Gentlemen Plumbers is that they're competent and professional.
