We were less than 5 minutes into the lot when Keith assisted us and introduced himself. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure from Keith whatsoever. He asked what my husband was looking for and answered all of his questions. After deciding on a vehicle, the dealership drove the vehicle from another location to the Norco location for my husband to test drive. The entire experience was stress-free and everyone was professional and courteous. Keith made it all more enjoyable and informative with his knowledge of Tesla. My monthly payment was right at what I needed it to be and my credit was bad and they still worked with me.
