GoogleMy jeep got stuck in 2nd gear and would come out. I limped it in to the closest transmission repair shop which happened to be these guys two minutes before they close. The manager was nice and took his time with me. He had my car diagnosed the next morning and provided me with a fair price. My car was ready two days later. I had a Valair Dual Disk installed and it never would go into gear easily at Reverse and 2nd. GoogleI was in a Walmart parking lot and tried to reverse into a parking spot. When I shifted into reverse the truck would not respond. I immediately put the truck into drive and was able to drive home. I parked my truck and waited for the next morning. After searching online for a transmission shop close to me I was able to narrow down which shop to choose. Thankfully I found My Transmission Experts. I called them early in the morning and they quickly quoted me a minimum price to check out the problem. It seemed reasonable and within 30 minutes a tow truck arrived at my home to haul my truck into the shop for inspection. The same day, I was greeted with a call from the shop explaining what was wrong with the truck and the cost it would take to fix it. i agreed to have the repairs done and within 3 or 4 days my truck was fixed. Thank you so much to Gary with My Transmission Experts. He was with me every step of the way during this unfortunate event. He was very professional, and assured me that he would get my truck fixed as soon as he could. I recommend this shop located in Katy, Texas to anyone. Service: Transmission repair

GoogleReally professional and excellent work my transmission expert save me $6000 because of the dealer want to replace the whole transmission and they have not did their due diligence and diagnosis I took the vehicle out from the dealership operate with my transmission expert were able to diagnose and check to find the issue and it was a sensor faulting issue and just cost me 425 bucks to fix this transmission problem instead of replacing the whole transmission that gonna cost $6500, my transmission expert they know are very professional and they know was they doing wait to go I’m so happy thank you

Not only did one of my vehicles began having issues, my backup vehicle in the same week was going out. The Cadillac needed a rebuild + Kia needed mounts. Took about a day for the Kia, two for the Cadillac. Financing is fast. Very fast. My credit isn’t the greatest but was able to get most of the amount needed considering how an unlikely emergency last minute is draining enough. 6 months interest free. Close by home, ran by a veteran, straight to the point diagnostics, warranty on work for a year so any time anything may sound amiss, bringing it in is a breeze.
