Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value Scott was great to deal with and an honest guy. You will be hard pressed to find a better person and place to get your vehicle repaired. Pricing was fair and less than the used transmission option offered by another establishment in Humble. We had a transmission issue and Scott was the third place we went to looking for a diagnosis and cost to repair. The first place we went to only offered the option for a used or new transmission. The second place in Humble out right lied saying the vehicle had lost communication with the computer. They wanted to charge us $595 to pull the transmission to see what was wrong with it saying “we are in control”. I said “you would be in control with vehicle in the air with transmission tore apart.” Due to him saying there were multiple trouble codes but we never even had a check engine light or any light on the dash I felt that place was deceptive. The guy could not give me a worst case scenario price even. Scott on the other hand was able to provide a worst case scenario price before moving forward. From picking up my car from my house on a flat bed like I asked and taking care of it at the shop with the transmission it needed, built it with good quality parts and let me knew if anything else needed to be fixed like my driveshaft. I went to this company. Not knowing what to expect. And my lifetime I have heard of these so-called transmission guys that lied to you cheat you and still not do the repairs that is necessary for your transmission. However my transmission experts walk me through it tell me exactly what they were going to do and to my surprise they did exactly what they said they were going to do! They went above and beyond the call of duty. They even helped me out with financing and payment of the work that they have performed. The day that I got my truck 2005 if 150 out of the shop I got rear-ended by another vehicle shortly thereafter on my way home. My transmission experts helped me in that aspect also. So if I ever have another issue with my vehicle I will definitely take it to my transmission expert in Porter located on highway 494. If they are unequipped to help you in whatever matter you have for your vehicle I trust that they can at least point you in the right direction to be able to get your vehicle back on the road properly.

Excellent service! Definitely coming back with these guys for ALL my vehicle problems. ESPECIALLY TRANSMISSION! Told them that I needed to replace the rear main seal on my 2004 Suburban. It was leaking oil way too much.. And I was asked if I had gotten a quote from somewhere already. In one place they charged me $920 an another was going to be $850 parts and labor. The owner makes a face of disgust an replies " Wow, those people are shameless." He starts explaining that they over charge because, " those mechanics tell you that they have to DROP THE TRANSMISSION an make a BIIIIG DEAL out of nothing!" $350 labor plus parts! Rear main seal was $40!! I didn't even break the 400 mark an had it ready in one day!!! Go with these guys for ALL YOUR VEHICLE PROBLEMS! They will set you straight with no BS, an have you rolling out without charging you an arm an leg.
