They were very kind and even though they were very busy, they took a look at my truck and found a loose oil filter. They did a full inspection in addition to finding the source of the leak and they didn’t even charge me for it. Very grateful to have the peace of mind before an extended drive. The technician even identified a problem that was caused by the dealership on its previous service and was tried to be hid. They helped by removing the sheared off bolt to make sure the new service could be performed correctly. All in all, job well done and I will be back.

Jack honestly told me he couldn’t fairly quote a price over the phone. Other transmission shops quoted a price so I had an idea what a transmission repair might cost. Wow! Was I surprised when Jack told me it wasn’t my transmission after all. The cost was about a sixth of what I was expecting. Thank you Jack for being honest, professional, and friendly!

Google2014 Jeep Wrangler was leaking oil from the rear main seal which meant transmission had to be dropped to access the leak. They took care of replacing rear shocks and bushings associated with rear stabilizer as well. Ended up keeping the vehicle a little longer than anticipated but well worth it for the honest service I received. When they put the transmission back in and tested everything they found there was still some oil leaking. Jack contacted me right away to let me know they would have to drop the transmission again to get to the repair. I say all this because they didn't charge me a penny more for labor or parts associated with dropping the transmission again to correct the leak they hadn't caught the first time around. I highly recommend My Transmission Experts as they are honest, good communicators and not looking to price gouge you like some mechanics do.
GoogleMy 2017 Nissan Altima had a bad transmission. The guys at the Highway N 6 location were great. Steve and his crew were awesome. They were transparent in communicating the issues and repaired my transmission with ease. They kept me up to date with my progress and always treated me kind. I recommend anyone with transmission or other major issues to choose this location.
