Experience was great with Speedy in Duncan. They handled the paper work. We went to Victoria in the morning. On the way heard a snap of a rock hitting our windshield but did not see a chip or crack. After a couple of stops in Vic we thought we were in the clear but on the way home we saw a crack beside the rear view mirror. The crack got progressively worse as we drove back up island. So we stopped at speedy on the way by. They booked us in for a replacement windshield for the next week. We took it in and the windshield was replaced and looked great. They left the interior with no mess. Thanks.

I needed to get my windshield replaced and Speedy Glass made this process super simple! I called ahead of time and they were able to make sure that they had the correct glass for my vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment the following week, the lady working reception was super welcoming and helpful! She submitted my claim to ICBC, made sure everything was up to date on my insurance, and also provided me with a courtesy car so I could go home and see my dog while I waited for my windshield to be replaced. When I returned to Speedy Glass after the 3 hour time slot, my car was ready to go! My windshield is looking great and I am so happy I chose to go to Speedy Glass for the replacement. Highly recommend!

My RV needed the windshield replaced after taking a rock. The service rep at Speedy Glass was friendly and efficient when making the appointment, arranged for a courtesy vehicle, and the techs recalibrated the backup camera which was linked to the windshield sensors. They also provided a new set of wipers as part of a promotion that was on. All around excellent service!
