Product is great, price is comparable, with good sales. However, communication is challenging at best. Twice they've emailed me a 'spend a certain amount, get free shipping'. Twice I've loaded my cart over that amount, and had shipping charges show on the final invoice. Twice I've emailed them to ask how to fix it. I've never heard a word. In fact, the email asking for this review is the first email I ever got back. The irony isn't lost on that.
