They’ve completed part one of their part of the project and we’ve found them to be punctual, adaptable, communicative, pleasant to talk to and affordable. WIth some discussion, we moved forward with a new water heater. They were able to install the new one within 3 hours and now we are good to go for years to come. GoogleGreat experience from start to finish, Chris was timely, polite and did good work in installing a new hot water heater and a check valve, pressure reducing valve and ball valve at the water main in the house. Administrative staff was also very polite and helpful. Price was as estimated and fair.
GoogleOur technician came on a Sunday afternoon to repair a pipe that came undone at the joint and flooded the basement. After completing the repair he was able to identify a problem with my pressure regulator. His ability to identify and repair these issues will prevent future problems that might have been costly and may have caused severe damage to my home. The technician was prompt, curtious and extremely knowledgable. I could not have asked for better service. After this experience I will be sure to use Restano for future needs and will recommend Restano to my friends and family.

BBBA historical perspective: the location of the job site was the Beulah Presbyterian Church historic chapel built in 1837. Heating was done by a double gas furnace unit installed in 1948. I contacted Restano Heating and Cooling because they have been my home furnace a/c provider for a number of years and had performed excellently in all phases of work for me. After an initial inspection of the job site by Mike R******, I was satisfied with the proposed work and the pricing. The deconstruction of the old furnace unit/ductwork and the installation of the new heating system went flawlessly. The new system is compact, works very well and is quiet and easy to control. The workers did additional work cleaning out ductwork in the main sanctuary. This extra touch was much appreciated. I highly recommend Restano for any work. FIVE STAR RATING
