Scheduled the work and on the day of repair two plumbers came out and started into the job. As the repair evolved more repair work was required to fix the job right the first time. I appreciated their honesty, politeness, and consideration for my home. Very clean and professional. Left the house clean. Price was very reasonable and even offered a 15% discount when purchasing their service plus contract. That contact is very worthwhile. Look into it. HIGHLY recommend Restano.

I paid for installation when purchasing a gas stove through Home Depot recently but upon delivery the subcontractor said the cap on the gas line was too tight and he couldn't do it and I'd have to call a plumber. I was quite frustrated since I had already had Restano out prior to ordering the new stove to confirm I had everything in place for transition from electric to gas. Thankfully, I placed another call to Restano explaining the situation and they were able to send a technician out that same day to get everything hooked up properly in no time. I'm very appreciative of the prompt service. The technician also didn't seem to have any trouble getting the cap off so I think I was just getting the run around from the delivery subcontractor. Lesson learned.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness. It's never a good time for your first dealings with a plumber when you have a small pool of waste water in your garage. I was stressed. I tried contacting a few places via their websites and got precisely nowhere. I took a drive down to Eastwood Hardware and asked for a recommendation. I was told, "Call Restano. They'll get it taken care of." I called and got an answering service, told it my tale of woe and who told me to call, and far faster than I expected, I not only had a call back to get more information, but also had a worker on site to try an industrial-grade drain snake on it. Unfortunately for me, that didn't work, so he moved on to trying a drain camera. Still nothing, so by process of elimination, the verdict was a broken pipe. I got the first date available to have the pipe dug up and followed the recommendations on trying use as little water as I could for three days. The day of the dig, the crew arrived quietly and on time. They didn't clog traffic on my dead-end street. Even though I was working from home, and my desk was not much more than 30 feet from where they were digging the hole, they were quiet enough they didn't disturb online meetings. The multi-day process had been laid out for me (inspections) and the worker in charge of my dig, Frank, was kind enough to warn other people on the street who had projects going on of when the official was expected. The work passed, the hole was refilled, and they even spread the bags of topsoil I had bought for reseeding. Frank also explained what I needed to do to avoid further problems. I might have inherited the problem when I bought the house, but it doesn't need to continue. Would I call Restano again for plumbing or other work? In a heartbeat.

Chris was the tech for our sewer drain problem. He had reviewed the notes regarding the last time we had this issue - there is a design issue with this particular stretch of sewer line - and he was prepared. He listened to my explanation of the issue, got to it promptly, and had it resolved in short order. He also advised me how to help avoid this particular problem going forward. Chris was prompt, professional and friendly, and as I mentioned had things fixed quickly. Nicely done! We have used Restano for many years. They have proven to be very capable and responsive. We recommend Restano.

I would just like to say what a wonderful job Mike Restano did for us. We have had a very high case of humidity for several years. We’ve had mildew and black mold on our windows and all the moisture caused the wood on the windows to start to rot. Our readings where as high as 70% in our basement. Mike came out surveyed our situation and told us what he we needed to do. In a day and a half his crew installed the unit and our readings dropped to the 40’s within hours. The work crew were prompt, courteous and did a great job and were very neat. I would recommend Restano without hesitation. We have been trying to eliminate our problem since we had our home built in 2008 and have tried many expensive things to eliminate the humidity to no avail. We r confident our problem is solved.

Reasonably priced and quick to respond when my 76 year old mother’s furnace quit working the day before Thanksgiving. The technician really took the time to find out what the problem was and when he realized he didn’t immediately have the part to fix it, he quickly found one, left to get it and promptly returned to fix it. Great job by Restano!

We just had our furnace replaced. From the beginning service was impeccable. All of their employees were very respectful and polite. They answered all of my questions and always got back to me promptly. I highly recommend their service. Also they originally came out in March and I finally called for the replacement in November and they honored the price I was quoted in March. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
