They arrived on time after notifying me they were on the way, John thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, including answering my questions about my service plan. They were courteous and friendly—-even to my dog which is very important to me. They took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed when I had questions. There are many clichés I could use to describe the service but just suffice it to say I am very pleased and if I could, I would request John for every service call or maintenance call that I have in the future.

GoogleMy technician John H. did a wonderful job tuning up my garage door. I called DGD because I could not get the door open after Hurricane Milton. But when John was there, he used the leftover time to tweak some things that I didn’t notice needed adjusting. It was the end of the day, and I knew he had a long drive home, but he stayed to do more work than was necessary. Also very kind and informative; he taught me things about my garage door that I didn’t know before —So I can handle some things on my own before my next tuneup!

GoogleOh well you know how things happen every 6 months, well about six seven months ago I had my garage door springs broke so the guy told me he had to change both they have a $600 it's like that's the going visit now almost $600 but I got John today that came over and laid out what I need it but was really wrong took time to show me everything explained everything to me and gave me the best price that he can give even call the boys to make sure he gave me the best price that he could give honest well-mannered good guy. Laugh my garage door motor my linear took the old one put a newer model and gave me a 10-year warranty he also threw in the springs that the other guy put on with a 1-year warranty put a 10-year warranty on it so if you have garage door problems probably with you I asked for John to come and pay your visit at DGD. He'll get you squared away. Give him a A.

The two gentlemen,Chris and Doug were professional, courteous and said they would evaluate the situation and give us options. My mother is 93 and they were extremely patient with her, she loves to share stories and talk. They diagnosed the problems and gave us choices from the low to the high estimates. They supported us in our decision and immediately when to work fixing the problems in a very short time. I would highly recommend this company (they have done repairs for us on another house)!but I would certainly request Chris and Doug. Thank you
