FacebookHad two garage doors openers installed . Tech adjusted and lubed old misaligned doors and had a working plan on installing the openers. Installed openers properly, positioned wires and cables to avoid any damage in the future and cleaned up after completing the work. Showed me the openers were working properly and explained the features of the wireless system.

GoogleI have used this company for about 10 years and have been very pleased with the service. They recently adjusted the torque on the spring, replaced the cables and rollers on my double garage door. The price was very reasonable! Will definitely use them again!
FacebookMy total experience with DGD was excellent, from the receptionist who took my information to Aaron the service tech who replaced both springs on my garage door and fixed the broken wiring that caused the electric eye to malfunction. He was courteous, explained everything to me and worked quickly. It was also really great that he arrived within 45 minutes of my call. I felt that the charges were quite reasonable and confirmed that opinion after the fact by checking with friends and neighbors who had had similar work done by other companies. All In all, I was quite happy with the work provided and would certainly call DGD again if needed (although I hope I won’t have to any time soon).

GoogleNykolas was our Service Technician, and was extremely professional. The reason he and his company get 5 stars is because they follow direction, listen to our concerns, and don't come across sales trying to up-sell up-grade etc. I requested a courtesy call 30 min prior to the appointment and Nykolas called exactly 30 min prior. Sounds like no big deal, but it is, and We appreciated that. Also, he gave us time to think about the repair that we needed, not put us in a corner and (timeshare sales) us. I am a Realtor and Inspector here locally and I typically use Branch, but after this experience I will not only use Discount Garage Doors, but will now refer them to all my customers, both Inspections, and Real Estate. Thank you!
