Their call staff is very efficient. They call day before and schedule arrival window for work to be completed next day. We ordered new door and opener. We were told in March that door will arrive in June. Then garage door opener broke. They came and replaced opener for us now because the door arrives in August!!!! That was too long to be without opener. Service technician was there on time. The young man was very knowledgeable and courteous. He installed new opener and programmed my vehicle remote too. If DGD has more employees like this one then they have my vote. We will see how the garage door install goes in August. Kudos to my technician!!!

Install was good. New garage door opener works great. However, Mike left a box of old parts behind in the garage and there were screws, nuts & bolts left in the driveway. Need to do better cleaning up.

Ok, so they’re pretty great. Called up, waited on hold for just a few minutes, then talked to a human who clearly knew what they were doing. They could’ve come out that very day, but I wasn’t available, so they were there early the next morning. The tech, Alex worked quickly and efficiently, explained the possible charges, fixed it for the least expensive $$$ number, in record time, then gave me a free tune-up and fixed a hanging wire all while teaching me things I need to do with my garage door out in SLC. Great guy. Great company. Highly recommend.

Heads up call in the AM saying the tech was on schedule. I asked to have the tech call 5 minutes out so I could let my dogs out. He called as I requested. He was polite, professional, and left the area clean. Would recommend.
