Liz, one of the managers got someone to come out the same day I called and really wanted to make sure I was taken care of. The service representative, Eric, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. He was concerned that the repair was complete, done right, and the garage door was working properly before he left. Today, I called to let them know what a good job Eric did and with a question. I spoke with Sky. She was the same way, helpful, and friendly. GoogleEric White did a fantastic job testing every possibility before quickly replacing the 20+ year old door opener motor. Very thorough in installation, explanation, and cleanup. Matt Davis was out a couple weeks prior to replace the door sensors, and did a similar excellent job with that installation. He warned that the opener was well beyond its useful life expectancy and could fail at any moment. He was right!
