Facebookprompt and friendly. came out to fix the door because it wouldn't stay down. they installed the door 6 to 8 months ago. the remote by the back door wasn't installed at the time because I was doing drywall still. was disappointed that they were going to charge me to finish what I already paid for but it is what it is.
