Joel R arrived to our home today to do the maintenance service on our garage door. We had an issue with the wall garage door opener not functioning properly. Joel explained the reasoning for the malfunction and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction. In addition, he offered a valuable piece of information on when to change the spring rollers in order to keep our garage door working properly. We are very thankful for his expertise, professionalism and ease of communication in order for us to make sound decisions. Great job!

Jimmy was an amazing technician. He came in, diagnosed the problem, assured me my garage door was able to be fixed. He immediately started working once I gave him the A-OK, he walked me through everything that he would be completing that day and even gave me some recommendations on maintenance to help the longevity of my door moving forward. He gave great customer service and I even got the maintenance package because of him!

I just had the most pleasant experience with Joshua Williams from DGD. He came to look at my screen door that I have had for five years and had many issues. We chatted awhile about what would be better and we were able to work out a replacement screen. He was very low key, no pressure, extremely personable, and very helpful, answering all my questions. Doing business with him was very easy and I would not hesitate recommending him to others pertaining to garage doors and screens.

Very clear explanation of options and had my best interests in mind. Advised to start with a tuneup to replace door sensors and lubricate the doors first to see if it would fix my problem. It did and I saved a lot of money versus replacing the whole opener. I am sure we will eventually have to replace it and I am definitely going back to them. Great!
