FacebookSaturday a scheduled service technician came out to my home to assess the problem with my garage door. I unfortunately was called into work early that morning. I had no choice but to go work and I really needed my garage door fixed. I instructed my daughter to let him in and to call me on speakerphone upon his arrival!!! Single moms have to what we have to do!!! I was quoted $550 as the total price!! Upon my arrival home I saw that I was charged $648.00!!! Disgusting!!!!! I will never use them again and plan to make a complaint with the BBB!!!

GoogleI really liked the saleswoman who came out. She was friendly and helpful. I love the installed screen. I took off a star because my first installation appointment was a failure. The installers forgot the rails. I was then rescheduled for a week later which is very poor customer service in my opinion. If I was managing that shop, I would have had someone bring the rails out so the installation could have been completed as promised.

DGD came out the same day to view the job and gave us a quote on the spot. Installation was 2 days later, on a Saturday, and was completed in about 2 hours. Our representative, Tyler, was the best! He installed two new openers, programmed the remotes and both cars and stayed until we completely understood the new system. We will never use any other company and recommend them with no hesitation. And, ask for Tyler, although I'm sure all their reps are great.

FacebookMy repair person was very professional and knowledgeable about the overall setup... A little pricey, but excellent work and excellent overall. In this case I got what I paid for; I had the hurricane garage door kit installed as well as the door rebuilt almost completely, including new spring set, new center bearing, new neoprene rollers, and re-enforced door panel frames. Door was adjusted and balanced to better than new.
