Excellent service from start to finish! The garage door repair was done professionally, quickly, and with great attention to detail. Randy took his time to identify the problem, explained what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The door is now operating smoothly and quietly, and the difference is noticeable. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. George Hix did an outstanding job. Our garage openers were 30 years old and not working. He replaced all the key components and added new openers. He was very professional, cleaned up behind himself and did an awesome job. Garage doors are working great!

Wonderful experience. It was an after hours service call. The service tech was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, gave me an estimate which I agreed was fair. He then started the repairs and finished the job, left the work area very clean. I definitely recommend Dukes as the goto for garage door sales and repairs.

The mechanic who showed up was very knowledgeable about garage doors and was very friendly. What I don't like is the estimate I'm sure he has to give to everyone. I may need some of these items in the future, but didn't want to go broke all in one day.

We had issues with our garage door and was tired of manually operating it. We reached out to DGD and spoke with Alicia. She was very helpful and friendly. They had availability the same day! That never happens! That afternoon the tech Josh showed up and even sent a text before he came that was awesome. Josh was very good and fixed the problem. He also “tuned up” the whole door with recommendations on what we need to do in the future. It was a great experience and we highly recommended them for your garage door needs.

Nico B. was great..explained everything multiple times and made it easier for me to comprehend what the issue was and why. He is clearly very passionate about his job and has been doing it for a while. Good to see a company taking care of its employees and knowing who to invest time in to build a good business. The one thing that I would say is I was given a window of 12-3pm and at 2:45pm I had to call the office and ask where the tech was. She did reach out after finding out that he would be there no later than 3:30 but I shouldnt have to be calling to find things out. Being proactive would have been awesome. Isnt hard to have the receptionist call and say he is still on a job and is running late. Just some timely updates would make this business be better than it is doing already. Another minor thing that would be nice after spending the money I spent is having a way to clean up the grease stains left on the ceiling. You can see it in the picture included that I didnt notice till taking the picture just now. Minor nitpick and he did try his best plus its something I noticed after the fact. All that to say I would still highly recommend this business and the missing star is not reflective on the technician and his performance at all. New garage door is quite as a mouse.

Springs broke on garage door at 5:30 PM Friday night. Never thought I could get it repaired so quick. Called DGD and they were here at 6:30. Door fixed, good price, excellent service man. Would highly recommend them.
