GoogleHad a problem with my wall mounted door button. Called DGD on Thursday around 3:00pm and they had a tech there on Friday before 2:30. The tech, Jaden, was very friendly and got right down to business. After determining the cause of the problem Jaden discussed the various solutions and the costs. When he was done he recommended the solution that involved no cost to me as I merely had to reallocate how my openers were to be used. He did leave me details on each of the other possible solutions and their costs. At the end of the visit he did not charge anything as he said he really only gave quotes. I now have a .DGD sticker affixed to my door and if I ever have another garage door problem they will be who I call. Punctual honest service seems to be the hallmark of DGD!

GoogleVery pleased with the service provided! Brandon came out replaced the springs and the rollers. Unfortunately he also had to replace the piece that engages with the motor to lift the door. The teeth were ground down to next to nothing! He was very patient with me... I also had people calling for other service work at the same time, and then the mower came!! He saw my husband's Army plate on his truck, and being a veteran himself, made sure to include a military discount. Brandon explained everything being done and why it was needed. Very happy to finally have a working garage door again!!!
