I called a few garage door companies and got different answers to my problem of a bad ubrace. One was replace the door at a very high cost. The other never returned my call and the third which was Discount Garage Door or DGD. I called the office, the woman who answered setup an appointment texted and called to confirm my appointment. Brandon the tech came out figured a quote and came back the next day and replaced my ubrace as well as tuned up both my garage doors. He did all this for a few hundred dollars. Not thousands of dollars, as a new door would have cost that company one recommended. I can’t say enough about the service I received from DGD. From the office staff to the tech Brandon. It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there you can trust. Brandon was great to deal with and very professional. I told him if I have anymore garage door issues I will be calling DGD and asking them to send out Brandon. I’m not a person that normally fills out reviews but I this case I think people need to know that this company is a good and honest option.

DGD was called because of an issue with closing the garage doors. Jaden was the technician who came to our rescue. He immediately diagnosed the problem (misaligned sensors) and presented options. We chose the option to replace the opener (not the cheapest) and within about an hour and a half we had a perfectly functioning and quiet solution.

Bryon with DGD came to our home, same day, and fixed our garage door/installed a new upgraded spring coil and replaced the arm bar. He was wonderful- explained everything, gave us a breakdown prior to starting the work and did a great job. He was courteous, efficient and very well versed. Great company- great service!

Alex called to tell us when he would be arriving and he arrived on time, looked at the problem with our garage door,went over pricing with us and went to work right away,he was very knowledgeable and did a great job in a timely manner, would recommend DGD to anyone needing their garage door fixed!

l have a Ro Mac MVP opener. The trolley assembly wore thru and needed to be replaced. Well, DGD can't get parts. But Randy from DGD said he had two MVP openers that were removed and they had the needed part. DGD fixed my opener!

Called DGD to get quote on replacement garage door opener. Took a couple of weeks to schedule a Tech-Jimmie as they are so good, they are busy. He immediately diagnosed a bad circuit board and promply led me through an estimate with several options. I told him I needed a bit of time to think through his suggestions and he indicated it was no problem. Next day I called the office and Anna was very accommodating. I made one change to the estimate and price and she took my order including a 10% discount and indicated sales tax was included in the price. Pleasant surprise. She did indicate Jimmy was booked solid for next 2 weeks but if an opening comes up, he will install my new opener then. This is second time I have dealt with DGD and I feel confident with their friendliness and professionalism. Their prices are fair for excellent quality products.

Daniel was running ahead of schedule so he called and asked if he could come early. He did the inspection and made some suggestions. He did the tuneup and Installed the keypad.
