Bryon and Collin both did an excellent job in helping to fix my problem with my garage door opener. After trying to repair it with part I got from Genie they had to replace the opener with a new one.

After twenty years my Chamberlin Garage Door Opener was failing. I called DGD Garage Doors to begin a premptive strike/maintenance. The technician (Mina Yousef) provided me with three options and I chose the most expensive and ended up with what I would call a brand new door! All moving parts were replaced. A new controller with WiFi that I can watch the view insided my garage on my iPhone was installed . I'm now good for another twenty years - or longer. 100% satisfied with the product and the service!!!! 🙂

It is reassuring to have an email with picture of your technician ahead of time. Pouring down rain did not stop Jimmy. He completed work in about an hour, very professional. Do not hesitate to use DGD for garage door repair.

DGD was quick to respond and even got a technician out the same day to review our situation with a dead garage door opener. Zach was able to suggest several options and get a new device installed on that first visit. He was informative but not pushy. He took is time but didn't hurry. We weren't planning to spend money on new garage door opener but feel we received great service and value from Zach and the DGD team

He was timely, very professional and explained options to myself and then again over the phone to my husband who was not home at the time of repair. He ended up doing new springs, bearings and rollers. Bryon was very efficient and got the job in a timely manner. Great customer service, will use DGD again and recommend!

Call DGD, they scheduled an app. within a day, they showed up on time checked and serviced my door, I paid them and away they went. I am satisfied. $200 for the call and $40 for a new transmitter.
