GoogleMy garage door opener wasn't working, and I called DGD for repair. Brakki, the service tech, came out and found that the main unit had died. This man was so wonderful to an old lady that can barely walk. He worked so hard, in this FL heat, I felt so sorry for him! He did a wonderful job, my garage door now opens better than ever, guess my old unit wasn't so good. But he cleaned up my garage when he was done, came in and took the time to explain all the features. In fact even set the codes for me on the exterior unit. This man went out of his way to do all he could to help me. So, if you ever need anything done in garage door repair, do not hesitate to call DGD Doors! They above and beyond for their customers.

The phone operators were friendly (even though I called on the weekend!), I received a text message about my technician, Chris, with a link to track the location of his truck heading to my home, and it even had his photo so I would know who to look for. The job was done quickly, cleanly and professionally, and Chris knew his stuff inside and out, and was friendly and accommodating. My garage door has never been smoother, quieter, or higher tech. Even the truck was well marked, professionally wrapped, and clean. 100% would call them again.
