Inspections on our sold home showed that we had a high RADON reading and needed mitigation. I was referred to STL Radon by our realtor and when I contacted them they were very helpful and professional. We were quite concerned, but Cherie at the office put our minds at ease and stated they could take care of it. I was scheduled for the mitigation service about a week later and a very proffessional tecnician came out and did a great job that only took about 4 hours and included sealing all the basement cracks and the perimeter of the basement slab. Very efficient. When finished, he set up equipment to test for RADON for two days and then promptly came by to pick up the equipment.
STL Radon was very efficient at promptly providing a paid receipt, a lien waiver, waranty, and results of the post testing that we shared with the buyers. We are extremely satisfied and recommend them for any testing you might need.
