Quick response to e-mails, schedule was 4-6 weeks out but not unexpected. The installer showed up on time and talked about the process and how the install will go then got to work. He did a decent job, mostly cleaned up after himself, and then went through the information needed to ensure the system is running. The testing after install showed almost no radon and before mitigation it was 4 times the recommended level. I am happy with the installation and service!
