Got here and didn't think I was going to be able to trade my car because of certain circumstances but Doug and his manager and their team did a great job. They worked hard to find the right car for me and Doug and his manager stayed consistent with contacting the Banks and pushing the deal through. I recommend this place and everyone is friendly and get a grade A+ overall with everything.

We recently came to Fontana Motor Direct to buy a vehicle for our daughter, and we had a great experience. Buying a car can be overwhelming with so many factors and so much information to consider, but the team made the process smooth and stress-free. Dylan sales, Austin the manager, and GM Thomas really worked hard to make everything come together for us. We initially came in for a specific vehicle that wasn’t on the lot yet and seemed like a great deal. Once it arrived, we realized there were a few things about it that we didn’t like. Without any pressure, they immediately helped us switch to a different vehicle and truly worked with us to make it happen. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I would highly recommend Fontana Motor Direct to anyone looking for a car. These guys are amazing—especially Thomas and Austin. We will definitely be back and will be referring our family and friends to them for future car purchases!

Thanks to Jhonatan, Fred, and Austin my mom and I were able to purchase my first car! They were super helpful and also super sweet they accommodated to my very stubborn mom lol and was able to give us a super good deal on a 2023 Audi A3 Premium Plus car! I would definitely recommend any of them to help you if you are looking to purchase a car there!! I can not wait to drive it and I wouldn’t be able to if it wasn’t for them!
