The service we received from Justin Rosales, the salesman, was the best! From the moment we arrived, he helped us by showing us the vehicle we wanted to see to making sure we had all the information about the vehicle. The process was smooth and very professional. Justin took the extra step to make sure we were confident of buying this vehicle by making sure that all the adjustments the car needed it were fixed before we picked up the car. The environment is very friendly! The supervisor David is on top of all the processes of his employees and very professional, he help us the next day with questions and concerns we had. They not only won a new client, but many more future clients, because I'm going to recommend these wonderful places to family and friends for their future vehicle purchases. We made an appointment ahead of time to see a car we were interested on that was posted on their website. They confirmed that it was still for sale and through out the days they kept in contact to update us and remind us of things we would need and who would help us. We arrived and Justin was able to help us out. There was no hidden information or fees everything we saw online was true with what we saw in person.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership with the help of Angel, one of the dealers there! The service was great and reasonable pricing on the cars with room for negotiating into your price range. Even though I was driving a rental Angel came to pick me up from the rental place and drove me back to the dealership to take my new car home. Overall, Angel definitely went above and beyond with his customer service, was honest with me, and left a great impression on what the dealership is like! 🙂
