Upon our arrival to explore the Toyota Sienna 2022 LE featured on their website, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Raul, who introduced us to our main contact, Mr. Anthony. Mr. Anthony was not only knowledgeable but also had a great vibe, making the entire process enjoyable and smooth. He went above and beyond to secure us a fantastic deal on the car, with invaluable support from his manager, who graciously offered free delivery. This gesture significantly enhanced our buying experience. My wife and I are thrilled with the service we received and the outcome of our visit. Although we noticed a couple of minor issues with the car – the absence of floor mats and a slight curvature in the trunk area suggesting a prior bump – the team at California Motor District promised to address these concerns. My first call to this local location to ask about it Peter already began transferring the car from Fontana to here to set up the viewing and my possible purchase. I had received a high Carvana offer for the car I currently had and expected to deal with Carvana later to get my money for it to help with my down payment but instead Chris the GM matched that payout for me which was absolutely amazing and I most definitely didn’t expect them to do that. I was able to swap my car out for the car of my dreams with easy, affordable financing for the remainder also. Throughout the entire process Peter answered all of my questions thoroughly with such charisma and a great disposition. The GM Chris and Peter treated me like family and were super honest and direct with me when it came to all of my 532 questions. I am so happy I chose this place I really didn’t expect it to be a one stop shop for giving me the most bang for my buck with my current car, a wonderful deal on my new car and also took care of the financing perfectly for my budget.
