Just purchased my car through California Motors Direct, everything was very straightforward and my salesman Kevin was fantastic to work with. The wait times for the car were very long (it was being sent here from another dealership, and I was told it would be 30 mins or so and ended up being almost 3 hours) which is the reason for the 4 stars. But service was great.

They were attentive, kind, articulate, detail oriented, and extremely patient to answer my many questions. Some unexpected add-ons were tacked onto the prices given online, which I found objectionable, and I made that known. They willingly worked with me to get to a price point that felt comfortable.
