Payment came out to where I wanted it and when we showed up to the dealership, the vehicle was already parked in the front. Paperwork was quick and Kevin was really polite. Each person was very professional and attentive. We were greeted by ****** who brought the car to the front for us to see.*************************** was our sales representative that worked with us. He is a very polite and respectful young man who worked with us for three visits: Test drive on the first day, back the second day to see the car again and pre-purchase inspection on day three.On day four we did our document signing with ******* and enjoyed our conversations with him as well. To our surprise the car was detailed and immaculate!Thank you California Motors Direct for the excellent service you provide to your clients and the beautiful cars you have available.

It was a lovely atmosphere and I was acquainted with one of their finest salesman Victor. He was a respectful young man who not only helped me find the car I wanted but helped negotiate to a fair price. He was extremely nice and helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My daughter will need a car in the next couple years and I will definitely be returning to this lovely place!

The conversation went smoothly; we understood each other well, and finally, the deal was made with a great trade-in. In my case, I had to wait for 2 weeks for the vehicle preparation, so I had to call several times to get updates. However, I am still leaving 5 stars because all the representatives I talked to were generous, and Kevin handled it well, remaining calm throughout. I am satisfied with the service, integrity, honesty, and price. This dealership is definitely worth checking out and recommended.
