As a healthcare professional, I am very impressed with how professional my experience has been with California Motors Direct. I purchased my car 2 years ago from OC Auto Exchange and purchased Portfolio Protection Extended Warranty Exclusionary. This dealership is no longer in service and the number affiliated with my contract led me here. After countless attempts to getting this warranty to cover my cars injector fuel pumps at Lexus San Diego, I was able to connect with Tammer who went ABOVE and beyond to connect me with the management Arturo who further led me to Albert. Albert oversees warranty and he was able to escalate my issue with the service representative for Portfolio Protection. After speaking with him, my issue was resolved! I only ended up paying the deductible fee and the remainder costs were covered. This dealership has incredible customer service and amazing staff who are HONEST, HELPFUL, and ASSERTIVE. After one phone call, I was given hope and essentially my claim was taken care of. These guys listen and actually will advocate for their clients. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car or is dealing with third party warranty issues. Amazing service and I am happy with the outcome! :)
