I also really appreciated that he had puzzles and games at his desk to keep us entertained while we waited, because as you know the process of buying a vehicle can be very long. Shopping at California Motors Direct in Montclair was the best decision I ever made this would be my 3rd purchase with them and staff keeps getting better Marilyn ( the only woman👸 ) was not only very helpful , knowledgeable and crystal clear with the numbers , she was very attentive making sure my family was comfortable while getting approved. Her and Alberto were gladly making the calls back and forth figuring out what bank to place me with until I was satisfied, leaving me with comfortable monthly payments and me leaving happy. If you guys go ask for Marilyn and Albert they work great as a team and honestly very reliable cars

I came later in the day to look at a Toyota Camry. Kevin greeted us and was very friendly. He did not put too much pressure and had a pleasant attitude the whole time. I never felt pressured to hurry up. He was willing to work with me on the price to meet me where I wanted to be.
