From the moment I walked in they were super cool about the whole process, especially being that it was my first ever tattoo. My tattoo was done by Josue, he was super cool about the whole thing. He was also fairly quick with it as well! So I got a great price. Overall 10/10 experience, will be going back.

My favorite place to get a tattoo! It is exactly what I wanted and healed perfectly. I am from out of state but every time I visit family in Charlotte I make sure to come and get my next tattoo at Black Cloud in Matthews. These are a few I have gotten here. I brought pictures of what I wanted and the artists matched them perfectly.

The place was very clean and the woman who pierced our daughter's ears was fabulous. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and super quick. She did a perfect job and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. A little pricier than I would have liked, but worth it for a superior job and clean and sanitary place.

Good shit.I wish it cost less, but hell, I guess tattoos costs a lot nowadays. If it was like half off, no doubt, I'll be getting a bunch more. Next time I get a tattoo, I'll be going through. A friend that does tattoo work and can give me a great deal. But this is a great tattoo shop. They do excellent work. You got the money, you can get a good tattoo. This tattoo cost me $270 or $275? Mari was awesome. She made my eight year old feel very comfortable for her ear piercings and me for a nose piercing. Very personable and supportive. The piercings also turned out perfect. Recommend highly.

Caleb was amazing! I had to get my ears re-pierced after unfortunately letting them grow back. I had double piercings on each ear. He was so professional. He took his time to ensure that they were lined up perfectly! Best of all, it was easy peasy and pain free!

Dan is an amazing artist and a super cool person. He did a new tattoo for me, and also fixed an existing tattoo. His line-work is phenomenal... I was a walk in customer, and he will be the only person I get tattoos from going forward. Cierra did a piercing for me as well. She is definitely talented and knowledgeable in her area of work.
