Piercers were very kind and they talked you through everything they were doing, including allowing you to look at the marks to see if you were okay with the piercing placement before they put in the jewelry. They took the time to make sure both sides were even and that I was okay with the jewelry I had selected. Very quick, very painless and you can purchase some saline on site if needed. I took my 2 and 5 year old daughters in to have their ears pierced. The wait was long because so many people were there and only one piercer was available and she was also checking everyone in. She was great with my daughters and neither of them even cried when having the piercing done. It’s been over a month now and we’ve had no complications or infection. I highly recommend them! Mari was amazing and I love that she was so quick! I got my septum done and I was so nervous! She just kept telling me it was gunna be quick and how cute it will look in the end. She was right! I will be back in a month to have her do the other side of my nose! Then I will officially have all my nose piercings done at black cloud! All were great and as painless as possible which I love!
