when I walk in the workers are nice as hell and just so welcoming. I’m new to Charlotte so my nerves get the best of me when I go to places I never been. I forgot the lady that did my piercing but she was so sweet. It hurt like hell cause 1 I don’t do needles but I got through it like a boss. This place was highly recommended by a former coworker, and I decided to take my little sister for her birthday, as well as get piercings myself. The lady who did the piercings was very nice, patient, and answered all the questions we both had. Afterwards she explained the aftercare multiple times, just to make sure we understood, which was very helpful. I will definitely be going back for future piercings!
